Cancellation & Modification

help@deftgifts.com. with your order number and the details of the modification. We will confirm once the cancellation or modification is processed.

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order will be locked for processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.

A management and transaction fee of 20% of the total order value will apply for cancellations.

If you request design modifications, please be aware that we may not be able to deliver your order in a timely manner, especially during busy seasons.

Replacement & Refund Policy

If your item is defective, there is no need to return it. We will send you a replacement free of charge.

Items can be returned or exchanged and refunded within 30 days of receiving your order if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Due to hygiene reasons and the customized nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or full refunds unless the item you received has a significant issue. Such issues include:

significantly different from the description or sample.

damaged due to factory error or shipping.

incorrect (e.g., wrong design, color, or size).

For all other cases, only a partial refund will be issued (excluding shipping fees).

Please note that there may be a 20% difference between the advertised images and the actual product received, primarily due to lighting conditions during photoshoots or differences in monitor displays.

Incorrect Address

not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If the item is returned to our warehouse, the customer is responsible for providing the correct address and covering the cost of re-shipping.
